At Lloyd Tacticalarms, based in Kansas, USA, we understand that receiving your firearms, ammunition, and tactical gear promptly and securely is a top priority. Our shipping process is designed to be transparent, compliant with all federal and state regulations, and efficient. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely at its destination, whether it’s a tactical rifle, concealed carry holster, or essential firearm accessories.
Order Processing & Timeframes
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment verification and any necessary compliance checks are completed. Orders placed for firearms require additional processing time for compliance verification. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Note: Delivery time estimates begin once the carrier has scanned your package, not from the date of order placement.
Shipping Carriers & Rates
We utilize a network of specialized carriers to handle the secure transport of our products:
- Firearms: All firearms are shipped via UPS or FedEx with signature-required adult delivery (21+) to a valid FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder of your choice. You must contact your chosen FFL dealer to arrange the transfer before we ship.
- Ammunition & Non-Firearm Items: These items are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Due to regulations, ammunition shipments may have specific routing and delivery restrictions.
- Tactical Gear & Accessories: Most accessories ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx for speed and reliability.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the product type, destination, package weight, and dimensions. We do not profit from shipping charges.
Critical Compliance & FFL Information
To ensure the lawful transfer of firearms, federal law requires shipment to a licensed dealer (FFL). It is your responsibility to:
- Select a local FFL holder who will accept the transfer.
- Contact them to confirm they will accept the transfer from Lloyd Tacticalarms and inquire about their transfer fees.
- Provide us with the correct shipping information for your chosen FFL during checkout. We will provide your FFL with our license upon request.
We cannot ship firearms to a private address. Failure to provide a valid FFL will delay your order.

Shipping Restrictions & State Laws
Lloyd Tacticalarms strictly adheres to all federal, state, and local laws. This means:
- We cannot ship firearms, magazines, or ammunition to locations where they are prohibited by law.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with the laws of their city, county, and state.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates applicable laws or our shipping policies.
- Some states require additional documentation or have waiting periods; we will guide you through these requirements.
Order Tracking & Customer Support
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier’s website.
