The Daniel Defense DD5P is a semi-automatic 7.62 NATO pistol with a 12.5-inch S2W heavy barrel and a linear compensator. It has an anodized finish, a Picatinny optic rail, a mid-length gas system and an M-LOK forend with a hand stop. A collapsible SBA3 brace and ambidextrous controls are included, and one 20-round magazine comes with it.

The listing shows the pistol as used, while the supplier text describes it as new with a stock photo. Those details conflict, so the dealer should confirm the condition at transfer. The 12.5-inch barrel and 20-round magazine are the other details to confirm. A buyer who wants an optic-ready 7.62 pistol with a mid-length gas system will find the layout matches that goal, and Kentucky has no permit to purchase, no firearm registration and no state waiting period.
